Sunday is Grandparents Day. The students were all super excited to learn to read and sing a song for this special day!
Unfortunately, I could not post their rehearsal, but I will try to send it via e-mail.
Progress reports went out on Wednesday. On Monday, look for a document that is designed to help parents gain a better understanding of what skills will be assessed this quarter.
Remember that the Fall Break starts on Friday.
- Find some time to work on your entry for the Fall Festival Flyer contest.
- Read (multiple times) the little books that each child will bring home in their book baggies. These readers reinforce sight words.
- Take a picture of at least one activity you do with your child over the break. Pictures are great writing prompts!
Remember we will be headed to the Fair on the Monday (9/28/15) after the break. Be sure to dress your child for the weather.
