Happy Halloween! Please remember that students are NOT allowed to wear costumes on Monday. It is a regular school day, so students must be dressed in uniform.
We will be celebrating Halloween in class with various curriculum related activities. We will also have a special Halloween snack. The most exciting activity will be the conclusion to our gravity unit. Kindergarten will have a pumpkin drop in which they will observe the effects of gravity on various pumpkins in different sizes and ages. We will end our day with a special treat! It should be a great day of fun and learning for the children.
Veteran's Day is the next Social Studies unit we will learn about. I wanted to find out if any of our parents are currently serving or have formerly served in the military. Please send me a note or a text, if so.
