Our field trip to the Center for Puppetry Arts is rapidly approaching! The final day that permission slips and money can be submitted will be Wednesday, August 31st. We want to be sure that we can all attend, so please be sure to turn those things in as soon as possible, if you have not already.

Wednesday, August 31st will mark 4 and 1/2 weeks in the first card marking. Progress Reports will be sent home the week after next.
We will be taking a break from the letter writing homework so that each individual child can really practice writing his/her name with proper formation, size and spelling. Please remind your child to start all letters from the top of the page. Writing a letter properly requires proper size and formation. We will begin sending home name handwriting practice sheets.
