Field Trip:
We had a fantastic trip to the Center of Puppetry Arts to see Old MacDonald! The children were mesmerized by the puppeteers who had them laughing and singing. We loved watching your children's eyes light up and the smiles spread across their faces.
Academics:

Important Dates:
Due to testing in grades 1 - 5, our classroom schedule will change September 13th - 21st. We will have specials in the morning at 8:20. Recess and lunch will stay the same (10:30 and 10:50).
On September 22, we will have a verbal assessment. Each student will be asked to recite his/her address. Please continue to learn this important information with your child.
There are three more weeks in this first marking period which ends October 7. Please continue working on any skills our child has not yet acquired as was noted on their progress report.
Classroom Needs:
We are already running low on hand sanitizer.
Career Day is a ways off, but planning starts early! Consider sharing the work you do for a living with our students. Please let me know if you are interested in coming to talk to the children about your job.
